Does Helmet Hoodies offer refunds or exchanges?
It's important to us that you love your custom Game Time Hoodie! If you're not satisfied with your Game Time Hoodie, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Once we receive your item, if you paid by credit or debit card,
refunds will be sent to the card-issued bank within five to ten
business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when
the credit will be posted to your account.
